MODELS

There are two ways to setup a concierge practice. You can either work through a strict retainer program, where your patients pay a subscription fee to see you and get perks as part of that fee, or you can provide a blended practice. In this second model, you charge a retainer ranging from $1500 to $20,000 and also bill the patient's insurance for any significant clinical events.

SETUP

Our approach to concierge service is to assist you with the assessment, market feasibility, contracting (if appropriate), planning, patient conversion, etc. We don't spend too much time analyzing though, and our main focus is on developing your practice to attract the largest base of patients in your service area by:

  • Transitioning you out of your existing contracts
